Outdoor Cinema Setup (includes 3m wide screen, and custom built cinema kit with HD projector, DVD player and sound system built in):

• Sunday – Thursday (excluding public holidays): $150
• Friday – Saturday: $200

All bookings require a $100 refundable bond for the purpose of equipment protection and booking security.

The booking deposit / bond is refundable upon return of the equipment, provided that no damages have occurred during the hire period. If you decide to cancel the deposit within 48 hours of the booking, then this deposit is also non-refundable.

• You agree to be responsible for the maintenance and safe keeping of all equipment whilst in your care. This includes, but is not limited to, sufficient weather protection (i.e. keeping equipment out of the rain).
• Any damage caused to the equipment whilst in your care will be redeemed using the bond, for rectification of the equipment.
• You are responsible for providing the full cost of any equipment damaged in your possession. A full list of replacement costs can be provided on request.
• All use of the equipment is at your own risk.
• Sufficient identification must be provided prior to the equipment being hired (i.e. a copy of licence / passport).
• Pick up of equipment is from Pakenham, Victoria 3810 or delivery and set up may be arranged.
