We’re Ashley and Dylan – a young couple in our 20s with a newborn. We’re both originally from New Zealand, but are proud to call Australia home since 2011 (Ash)and 2019 (Dyl).

We both work full time jobs – Ash is an enrolled nurse working in recruitment, while Dylan is an accountant, with a background in IT. We started What the Flick! as a hobby business in 2022 as a way to share a love of socialising, cinema and relaxing nights with the community.
